Basket Clip Problem?

Your bike rack comes with four orange basket clips, two of which are sealed, and the other two are snap-on. If the snap-on pieces pop out after a few uses, we will send you two free sealed clips to maintain the rack's shape. Contact us with your issue to receive the replacement.

Installation and Release

This bicycle luggage rack fits seat tube diameters up to 34mm and is easy to install with the included tools and instructions. The rack has a quick-release clip that can be mounted on the seat post. To attach it to the seat tube, simply fasten the screw. All parts of the rack are well organized, making it easy to attach them without needing additional holes (if the bolt is too long, you can cut the excess).

Adjustable Height

The bike rack's side support rods are designed with multiple holes, allowing for free height adjustment based on your personal needs. It is compatible with most bikes with non-disc brakes, such as mountain bikes, fat bikes, and road bikes (NOT for folding bikes, electric bikes, kids' bikes, women's cruiser bikes, soft-tailed bikes, and suspension bikes).

Rattle or Tilt?

This bike basket, installed with a few screws, may have a slight rattle when riding. We recommend tightening all screws before use. If your rack tilts towards one side after a few uses, check the screws or the quick-release lever to ensure they are tight.
